To Create a new email address:
Log in to your Plesk Panel and using the IP address of your server or server name.
Example:
(http://serverhostname:8443 or https://serverIPaddress:8443)
1. Click Home menu, located on the left-hand side of the screen, and click option Mail
2. Navigate to the Email addresses tab and click to select Create Email Address
3. On the following screen, you will be prompted to create your email account. Can be the desired username in front of the ‘@’ box and select the domain name for which you wish to add the email address, from using the drop-down menu
4.Leave the access to the control panel and checkbox ticked if you wish to create a new user for the Plesk panel using this email address and give the mail account owner access to your server application

To view list:
On this same Email addresses interface you can view the available existing email accounts as a list view. You also create an email listing “Mailing list” on the same interface.
