If you want to free up the space of your disk usage, deleting the emails is one of the solutions where your webmail has consumed a lot of disk usage. If the webmail has consumes thousands of emails, it is not possible to delete the emails one by one. For that scenario, there is an option is used to delete the bulk emails via cPanel. The below steps are help you to delete the emails in bulk via cPanel.

Steps to delete bulk emails via cPanel:

Step 1: Login into cPanel.
Step 2: Go to the email section and click the Email Disk Usage option.
Step 3: Select the required Email id using the account drop-down option.
Step 4: Now you can see the email inbox, sent and trash etc and click the manage option.
Step 5: Here you will see, a “message to delete” with drop down option and select the required option and click the delete permanently.

Here you will make the custom query but be aware to create the rule. We strongly advise executing this with more care.
