MySQL enables you to store and process data in a wide variety of languages using various character sets. For some operations, such as comparing two strings, MySQL uses a set of rules to determine equality and sorting order. This set of rules is known as a collation.
Step 2: Go to Database Section and Select phpMyAdmin.
Step 3: View the phpMyAdmin Main Page and Go to Left pane. It has the list of available databases.
Step 6: Collation is altered and a successful message will be displayed.
Step 7: It will be updated on the database and displayed in the list of tables.
Step 1 Login to cPanel.
Step 2 Go to Database Section and Select phpMyAdmin.
Step 3 View the phpMyAdmin Main Page and Go to left pane. It has the list of available Databases.
Step 4 It displays the list of tables present in the database and select the table from the list of tables. Then Select Operation option at top of the page.
Step 5 Go to the Table options and select needed collation type to change collation and Click Go button in Table option.
Step 6 Collation is altered and a successful message will be displayed.
Step 7 It will be updated on the database and displayed in the list of tables.
