Take a full backup via cPanel

Generating a full backup of your website is not a big deal. You can simply create a full backup of all your files, emails, and databases through cPanel or download via FTP. You can download the backup in two ways either a full backup or a partial backup. The full backup consists of all your site’s files, emails, databases and a partial backup allow you to download the backup of each these things separately. You can do this by using a backup widget in the cPanel.

Step 1: Login to cPanel

Step 2: Click the option Backup Wizard under File section

Step 3: Click the Backup button from the backup wizard section

Step 4: Click the option Full Backup 

Step 5: Enter your email address for the further notifications about the downloading process. It will let you know when the backup is complete

Step 6: The backup of the files will be started to download as a single zip file. It displays a message as download is in progress

Step 7: Once the backup is completed, a link to download backup as a zip file will be sent to the email or displayed in the backup page

Step 1 Login to cPanel. Whether you can access your cPanel through domain or server URL directly.
Step 2 Click the Backup Wizard under File section. Here you can generate the backup of your cPanel account.

Step 4 Click the Full Backup.
Step 2 - Click the Full Backup Button.

Step 5 Enter your email address here for the further notifications about the downloading process. It will let you know when the backup is complete.

Step 6 Now it’s the time for start backup your website files in a single zip file. When the backup process completed you will get an email with a link to download your backup as a zip file. You can also get it from the backup page.

Step 7 Done. If you want to backup your website files of a particular day for some reasons, then you can download it through the cPanel.
