Email AutoResponder in cPanel

An autoresponder replies automatically when an individual email address receives an email. This is best to use when notifying customers you have received their email and they will get a response in a pre-determined time frame. It is also supportive when you are out of the office. To enable autoresponder in cPanel, follow the below steps

Step 1: Login to cPanel

Step 2: Go to Mail section and click ‘Autoresponder’ icon.

Step 3: Click Add Autoresponder and also it displays current autoresponder.

Step 4: Fill the required fields and click Create/Modify button.

Step 5: Now, the autoresponder will be created.

Go to Email section and click Autoresponder icon.

Click the Autoresponder

Step 3 Click the option ‘Add Autoresponder’ and also it displays current autoresponder.
Go to Email section and click Autoresponder icon.

Click the option add Autoresponder

Step 4 Fill the required fields and then click ‘Create/Modify’ button. The fields are represented below

Character Set– The standard Character set is “utf-8,” but you can change it here.

Interval– Here you can set how many hours to wait before responding to the same email address.

Email– This will list the email address you are setting up the autoresponder for.

From– You can enter a “From” address here. We recommend using the same address as the Email field.

Subject– Enter a subject line here. For example: “John is out of the office.”

HTML– Check this if you want to enter HTML into the “Body” of your email.

Body– Enter your Autoresponder message here.

Start– Choose if want this autoresponder to begin Immediately or set a Custom start time.

Stop– Here you can set a Custom date for your Autoresponder to stop responding, or set to Never

Fill the required filed and click CreateModify button.

Fill the required fields and click CreateModify button.

Step 5 Done. Now the autoresponder will be created.
