Email Account on Android mobile using Outlook
This article is about the configuration of an Email Account on Android mobile using Outlook. To configure an email account using Outlook, download the Outlook from the Google Play and open the application to configure an Email account.
For the configuration of email account on Outlook, follow the below steps
Step 1: Open the Outlook and click “Get Started”
Step 2: For the email configuration, enter the email address and click “Continue”
Step 3: The email address for the configuration gets loaded
Step 4: For configuring the email account, select the option “IMAP”
Step 6: Set the incoming mail server settings for the email account
Step 7: Set the outgoing mail server settings for the email account
Step 8: The emails can be viewed in the inbox
Step 1 Open the Outlook and click “Get Started”.

Step 2 Enter the email address which is ti be configured and click “Continue”.

Step 3 The entered email account information will be loaded by the system.

Step 4 Select the option “IMAP” for configuring the email settings.

Step 5 Enter the email address, password, and the description for the email account. Then click “Show Advanced Options”.

Step 6 In the Incoming Mail Server settings, enter the hostname as mail.domainname.com, username as email username and the password.

Step 7 In the Outgoing Mail Server settings, enter the hostname as mail.hostname.com, username as email username and the password.

Step 8 The configuration settings are completed, the inbox will be opened.
