The AWStats is a free powerful tool that generates the advanced web, graphically, streaming, Ftp, or mail server statistics.  The Advanced Web Statistics (AWStats) allows the data access from the Advanced Web Statistics software, which compiles the details about the way users access your website. The Advanced Web Statistics is a free software that is distributed under the GNU General Public License. This log identifier works from the command line and shows you all possible details in your log. It uses a partial detail to process large log files, quickly and multiple times. It can identify the log files from all main server tools like Apache log files, WebStar, and a lot of another web, wap, streaming servers, mail servers, proxy and some Ftp servers. The Advanced Web Statistics works with all web hosting providers which allow the CGI, Perl and log access.

Advanced Web Statistics displays the following details:

1)         Browsers.

2)         Operating systems.

3)         Countries of origin.

4)         HTTP error codes.

5)         Monthly, daily, and hourly averages in graphs and tables.

6)         The links through which visitors access your website.

How to Enable AWStats:

  1. Login into WHM.
  2. Go to ‘Server Configuration’.
  3. step2Click on ‘Tweak Settings’.step3
  4. Go to the tab ‘Stats Programs’.step4
  5. Locate the option ‘Enable Awstats stats’.step5
  6. Click the button ‘Save’.step6
