View Disk Usage
This article helps you to view disk usage in cPanel. This interface displays information about how you use your account’s disk space, and all of your home directory’s subdirectories. It also helps you manage your disk space quota because it displays files and directories that use large amounts of hard disk space. You can view disk usage information in your cPanel. It helps us to check the available space in Panel and how much Disk space your directory and database currently holding. Using this option, You can add and remove the directory and database according to the availability.
This interface displays the following disk space usage summaries:
- Files that your home directory contains.
- Files that exist in hidden subdirectories.
- Files that your home directory does not contain
To view the disk usage in cPanel, find the below steps
Step 2: Under the section Files, select the icon “Disk Usage”
Step 3: View the disk usage as progress bar view and also as directory tree structure view
Step 1 Login to cPanel.
Step 2 Select Disk usage icon under Files section.
Step 3 Now you can view the disk usage as progress bar view
as well as the directory tree structure view.
The list is available with memory consumed by the respective directory(MB). To view the sub-directory, click on this (>) symbol.
