Show Hidden files in cPanel File Manager
A hidden file is primarily used to help prevent important data from being accidentally deleted. These files should not be used to hide confidential information as any user may view them. To view the hidden files in cPanel, follow the below steps
Step 2: Go to Files Section and Select the File Manager
Step 3: In File Manager, Click the Settings at the top of the page
Step 4: A command box with the list of preference options will be displayed
Step 5: Select the option Show Hidden Files and click Save
Step 6: Now, all the files and folders can be viewed in the file manager
Step 1 Login to cPanel
Step 2 Go to Files Section and Select the File Manager.

Step 3 File Manager displays the list of files and folder available in the home directory and Go to Setting on Top of the page.

Step 4 Displays the preferences options.

Step 5 Click the Checkbox, Show Hidden Files (dotfiles) and Click Save button.
Click the checkbox show hidden files and save
Step 6 File Manager displays the hidden files and folders also.
