Create Email Signature in SquirrelMail Webmail client

Email signatures are used to display the sender’s name and contact information at the end of an email.  Instead of adding the signature manually for each outgoing mail, you can add it automatically at the end of every mail. Generally, a signature is used to provide the recipient with your name, email address, business contact information or website URL. Some may use a signature with a closing statement, funny quote or other messages. It can be created easily in most of the email clients. To know how to create an email signature in SquirrelMail, follow the below steps

Step 1: Login to the SquirrelMail Webmail client.

Step 2: Click the Options menu on the top of the dashboard.

Step 3: Now click the option ‘Personal Information’.

Step 4: Then enter the new signature in the signature field and select the use signature checkbox then click ‘submit’ button.

Step 5: Now the signature is created successfully.

Step 2 Click the Options menu on the top of the dashboard.

Step 3 Now click the option ‘Personal Information’ to add an email signature.
