Configure an Email Account on Desktop using PostBox Application

This article is about the configuration of an Email Account by using PostBox Application on Desktop. To configure an email account using PostBox application, install it from PostBox Official Page and open the application to configure an email account.

For the configuration of an email account on Postbox, follow the below steps

Step 1: Open the PostBox Application on your desktop and select the file menu in it.

Step 2: Go to menu File -> New -> Mail Account

Step 3: Enter Mail Account Setup such as name, email address, and password to configure with PostBox Email Account.

Step 4: Postbox Application will fetch the email configuration setting (Server Information).

Step 5: You can edit the Server Information to POP or IMAP and other settings also.

Step 6: Once the configuration is done, the inbox with the emails can be viewed. 

Step 1 Open the PostBox Application on your desktop and select the file menu in it.

Step 2 Go to menu File -> New -> Mail Account.
Select the Mail Account option on Postbox

Step 3 Enter Mail Account Setup to configure with PostBox Email Account.
Enter the Profile Information on PostBox

Enter the Name, Email Address, and Password

Step 4 Postbox Application will fetch the email configuration setting (Server Information).

Step 5 You can edit the Server Information to POP or IMAP and other settings also.

Step 6 Once the Configuration was done. All the email will get downloaded from the server. We can access it from Postbox desktop email client application.
