The Folders are compressed using the Compressed (zipped) Folders by SSH command. It has a feature to use a less drive space and it can be transferred to other computers more quickly. The user can work with a compressed folder and the files or programs and it contains the data just as it is in your uncompressed folder. The following command is used to compress the folder into a Zip format using SSH Command.
Command:
zip -r foldername.zip foldername
