Tumblr is a social networking and microblogging website. It was founded in 2007 by David Karp and then owned by Yahoo since 2013. It is used for posting multimedia and other contents to a short-form blog. It allows anyone above 13 years of age to create an account. It allows the bloggers to post their contents such as text, images, music, videos, links and more. There are 351.3 million blogs and 153.1 billion posts published on Tumblr until March 2017.
