OpenNebula is a cloud computing platform to manage heterogeneously distributed data center infrastructures. It is a free and open-source software which manages a data center’s virtual infrastructure for building private, public and hybrid implementations of infrastructure as a service. It can accommodate multiple hardware and software combinations in a data center. It is also used as the cloud engine or kernel service by some cloud solutions.
