The ‘df‘ is the Linux command that stands for “disk filesystem“, it is used to get full details of available and used disk space usage of the file system on Linux system. The “df” command displays the information of device name, total disk space, total blocks, used disk space, available disk space and mount points on a file system. It is a standard Unix command which is used to display the amount of available disk space for the file systems.
