The vps_optimized utility is used for switching the Linux-based Plesk installations into the operation mode optimized for running in a virtual environment. The mode gets switches off InnoDB engine in MySQL database server and the Apache web server modules that are not critical for the hosting services. The Plesk uses less memory than the other control panels on the market. It ensures the better utilization of the hardware resources and also increases the density of the virtual environments per server. The following command is used to optimize the VPS to disable.
Command:
plesk bin vps_optimized -turn-off
