How to update Apache?
EasyApache can update Apache and also other applications and libraries. When you run EasyApache, the feature prompts to select the version of Apache.
Apache can be updated in the system by using two interfaces. They are WHM (browser) and command line.
Using WHM (in the browser), In-Home, Click Software and Select EasyApache to update Apache to the latest version.
Using Command line interface, Apache can be updated by running the script.
The script /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/easyapache
is used to update the Apache version.
The script /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/easyapache --build
will upgrade Apache immediately by skipping the configuration steps.
