To Switch Mail Service On or Off on a Subscription:

Switch Mail Service Subscription ON or OFF mode through Plesk interface. This is the simple method to switch the mail service subscription. Perform the following steps in the Plesk panel on the Windows Operating System.

Steps:

    1. Login to the Plesk Control panel for your domain.
    2. Click the mail tab at the top.
  1. Select Change Settings on the mail tab.
  2. Check or Uncheck the option Active mail service to Switch the subscription as on or off. And click OK button.

The mail service subscription can be changed by using command line utilities also.

To change the subscription use the parameter --update-service 

The command Plesk bin mail.exe --update-service<domain name>-status enabled is used to enable the mail service subscription.
