What is a cPanel Account?

cPanel is a Linux based web hosting control panel with the graphical interface and automation tools. It is designed to simplify the process of hosting a website. It uses 3 tier architecture for an administrator, reseller, and end user to control the various aspects of website and server. It includes some of the features to manage files, databases, domains, and emails.

Script to create a new cPanel account:

A cPanel account can be created or added via SSH with root access by using the command /scripts/createacct

The above command can create the accounts without the WHM interface by logging into SSH via Putty.
