The following steps guide to limit mailbox on Plesk using control panel.
- Login to the Plesk control panel.
- Under Server Management, Click the option “Tools and Settings”.
- Now Click the option “Mail Server Settings” under Mail.
- Now set the size limit of the mailbox by using the option “Maximum Message Size”. Once set, Click OK button to save.
The other method to set the size limit of the Mailbox is by using the command line utilities.Use the parameter --update
or -u
to update the size limit of the mailbox.
The command plesk bin mail.exe --update <domain name> -mbox_quota 10240K
to set the size limit as 10240KB.
