The K-9 currently supports MIME/PGP encrypted e-mail through an open API that any application can implement in order to encrypt and decrypt an e-mail. It is worked along with the developers of OpenKeychain, a security-audited application that supports PGP.
How to login to a K-9 Mail:
Step 1: When we login K-9 Mail first time. We need to do account settings.
Step 2: Enter the email address and password.
Step 3: Choose account type. In K-9 Mail IMAP is recommended.
Step 4: We need to enter the incoming details in Incoming Server Settings.
Step 5: Enter the outgoing server details (SMTP).
Step 6: Enter the account name and own name. Then enter done.
