End User License Agreement (EULA) is a software license agreement. It is a legal contract between the author and user of an application. It allows the user to use the software basically in accordance with the rules and also states what the end user should not do with the software. It protects the software from liability if it is used in an unintended way by the manufacturer. It is advantageous for copyright owners as it prevents the copying the features of that software.
